The lock will not unlock Received the luggage and it seems decent quality.Followed the instructions and to set the location to a new combo. Filled up the suitecase, closed the lock and then rotated the dials to lock it. Great suitcase once you figure out how to open it. Pretty color! I got the hot pink which should really stand out. I got the carry on 20″ size. I have packed for a 6 day trip and still have room to spare. My only issue is I spent over an hour trying to figure out how to open it. No directions come with it on the outside of the suitcase telling you to push the small black tab that looks like you would put a key in it (says tsa007) towards the combination to pop it open.
