As soon as I got it off the luggage carousel, I could see it had three large dents in it and one wheel was broken. I trust Amazon. I buy almost everything from Amazon, and without a doubt, this is the first time I was horribly disappointed. I did not buy the insurance, so I’m out the $70+.
