Shoulder strap failure I was really hoping that this bag would be excellent and maybe it is in most ways, but I had an experience with it while walking through an airport with it slung over my shoulder that left me disappointed. The connection between the shoulder strap and the clip that attaches to the bag worked itself loose (see photos). Without warning my bag felt to the concrete floor in the airport.
