I’m able to fit my phone (LG V20), wallet, flashlight, pocket knife, and earphones w/case (westone UM3X). Great first aid pouch. I bought this in order to move the belt based first aid kit to my leg. That way I can actually add more supplies, and the bulk is distributed better. The larger flat pocket is perfect for the shears, and the main compartment great for the first aid supplies. I’m not in any kind of war zone or anything.
