Highly recommended for medium breeds UPDATE 6/28/2016Since buying this 2 years ago, have used it on several domestic flights mainly with Southwest, and I can confirm that the large one does fit under their seats. I have the Large one. Make sure your particular dog fits in the bag, though. At check in, if they question you (only happened to me once) you can show them that it is collapsible once the removable base is off. When walking thru airplane isle, may be easier & quicker to just carry it, rather than roll it. As for…
great travel bag! I got this for my new dog for his first flight. He’s a 14lb terrier mix. This rolling bag was excellent! It was large enough for him and we were able to open the top most of the time while rolling him through the airport so he was able to look around. We flew Southwest and it advertises 8.5″ height limit but this is much bigger. All you have to do when you get on the plane is take out the bottom (comes out easily and velcros back in easily) and it fits under just fine. Our dog doesn’t…
