The backside of the cart also has basketball type material that protects the cart from damage when pulled up steps. The handle gives a little to allow it to pull up to 75 lbs when fully loaded. Telescoping handle will not collapse after one month I’ve owned my RepRoller for one month and use it four times per week for my dyslexia tutoring business. I love the organizational features, but my handle routinely had trouble collapsing smoothly, until finally a piece broke loose, preventing the handle from collapsing completely. For the price of the RepRoller and the newness of my product, this is unacceptable.My only other request is for some of the pockets to have solid fabric linings, as opposed to mesh material. This bag is BEAUTIFUL, but……. The pockets are too small. I am not just talking about random pockets for small stuff. The side flap has a built in expanding folder that CAN NOT fit standard American size file folders or paper. It is still useful, but too small. The pockets inside this same flap can not fit a standard size cell phone, or much of anything for that matter.The zippers, while sturdy and seem well made, are not compliant.
