Brown as shown, not green as stated in comments, but supple thick leather with solid rivets, zips and clasps. Just opened this box and Im impressed with he quality of materials used. First off though, this bag is a dark brown as shown in the picture and not a navy green as stated in the comments. The leather is heavy, thick and strong, but supple. The zippers, rivets and clasps are heavy and solid and brass colored if not brass. The shoulder strap is beautiful with a thick dark brown webbing sewn next to the leather with a sliding shoulder pad. Its also a backpack and has a handle on one side…
Color leaches out onto light colored surfaces. Very hard to remove from leather seats and any kind of fabric. This bag is everything I needed in a laptop bag with one horrible exception. The dye or finish used to make it look so good rubs off on my clothes and the leather seats in my car. I’ve had the bag for several months now and have wiped it down half a dozen times but it does no good. The color is still leaching out onto any light colored surface the bag comes into contact with.I discovered this after laying the bag in the backseat of my car one day. Two days later I held hte bag in my lap…
