Excellent Pet Traveler
I returned it, not for quality reasons, but because it isn’t big enough for my cats. It took me a little while to figure out how to attach the piece that holds the 2 little non-wheel supports on the bottom, and I needed to use a mallet to make the piece seat itself. Once it was on, it supported the carrier when not being wheeled. I also found it cumbersome because the backpack straps are thick and heavy compared to the body of the carrier. Because of the front top zipper, putting my cat into the carrier should be a breeze. The only problem I had when I received it is the lack of directions. No directions on the box, inside the box or in the pictures on the box. I didn’t even receive a packing slip. I still don’t know where a metal bar goes in the carrier.
