Seems decently built, but with a serious design flaw. The top external zip pocket is terribly designed. The zipper extends beneath the outer fabric, so the zipper pull can slide underneath and be difficult to fish back out. In my case, the zipper pull slid underneath and then wouldn’t come back out. I had my laptop charger in that pocket on a recent business trip, so I had to break the zipper open in order to get the charger out.The design of the bag is otherwise fine, but mine is ruined now that I can’t shut that pocket (it sags open…
