I have a tail bag and a fuel tank bag that have looped zippers for locks, and these fit through the loops with room to spare, so I’m confident these will fit fine on luggage bags.The quality on these is just ok. I bought these locks for my luggage to use on a recent trip. On the 3 hour flight to my destination, the locks stayed closed and they worked well both locking and unlocking.
